Tania’s Background
Tania’s Happy Place is in ThePotting Shed Press studio, fiddling about drawing, designing, bookbinding and getting inky printing on vintage presses.
Letterpress and bookbinding are intensely time consuming - but also immensely satisfying and terribly addictive! Be warned!
Tania ’studied’ design and illustration many years back at Camberwell School of Arts where she discovered her love for letterpress and bookbinding.
Tania rode the analog to digital design wave andis fortunate to be able to now indulge her love of manual print and bookbinding.
Tania is passionate about sharing the skills of these heritage crafts.

PROCESS
Printing
Tnia uses lead and wood founts along side her own designs and illustrations which are hand drawn, then scanned and finally made into photopolymer plates for letterpress printing on her collection of vintage presses.
Bookbinding
Tania likes to upcycle old books and paper off-cuts to create unique and tactile notebooks and sketch books.
